Keeping Track of 2012 :: Jamine + Video!

Hello there! Back with another layout and vdeo share!
This layout is once again using the Studio Calico October Kit
(Roller Rink and the Rainbow Kneesocks addon)
Here are the supplies I pulled to use for this layout!

I love this Love paper! I knew I wanted to keep this layout soft and pretty sinple and that Love paper was perfect for this layout!

Here is the video of the making!

And here is the finished page!

I absolutely love using doilies on layouts! It gives off such a girly and delicate vibe!

IMG_1476-001
I love how tiny these letter stickers are! The sticker page came with two colors, gray and this light blue. I knew I wanted to use the blue ones as my title and this photo was perfect for that! I also love the tab stamps this kit came with and those little dots! Way to cute!! I cut out those heart tickets with my Cameo from a paper that came in the kit, and love the way they came out!

IMG_1473-001
These cute hearts were also cut from the Cameo. I used a paper in the kit that I would have never bought myself. It has paper airplanes on one side and little rockets on the other. I don't have kids so I would never go for a page like that. However, I did love the blue and figured if I cut something small from that page then you can't tell what is really on it! This is one reason why I wanted to start using kits. I love the challenge of using something that you would never buy on your own!

IMG_1465-001
Those little hearts are the extras left over from cutting the tickets out, they were to cute to not use on this layout! The stamped image was one of my own, I love to incorporate some of my own stamps and get good use out of them!

Thanks for stopping by!! Hope I've inspired you!
Until next time!!

Keeping Track of 2012 :: Leap + Video!

Hey everyone! Back again with another layout!
I just joined the Studio Calico Kit Club and my first kit was Octobers... obviously lol.
Well, when joining they were giving away a free add on kit so they sent one of those as well!
The kits are called " Roller Rink" and "Rainbow Kneesocks.
Here are the supplies I pulled from those kits for this layout.

IMG_1361-001
As usual I didn't use everything I pulled. I am sure you have all been there when it comes to creating a layout :)

And onto the video!

Now for the photos!

I LOVE the primary colors in this kit and of course that wood paper :)
This whole layout was inspired just off of the green patterned and my first thought was to use my toad photo! I believe that green paper is exclusive to this months kit. I wouldn't quote me on that one.

Thanks for stopping by! Please leave a comment if you'd like or if you have any requests also!
Have a good one!

Back To Nature

Hey everyone!
So in the three years I was living in Las Vegas I totally forgot what it was like to live around
a bunch of little bugs and critters! It's a nice change to be back since nature is one of my favorite things to photograph so I thought I would stop in with a little post for you!!
All these pictures were taken around the house. On the porch, on the driveway and in the garden!

IMG_1330-001
These photos can be my favorite but worse! lol. As much as I love taking them I am scared a bees!

I have yet to take a picture with a giant butterfly. I seem to always miss them, but this one was so tiny and cute :)

If you follow me on Instagram (KraftyBuns) then I am sure you've seen me post this one. I love this picture! I will be posting a layout with the photo of this little guy tomorrow so come back to check it out!

And here is another I posted on Instagram! :)

IMG_1092-001
And this little guy has to be my favorite!! My step dad is known for either bringing some kind of critter into the house to scare me or my mom, or is known to call us outside to show us something. So I thought when he knocked on the window to show us this tiny tiny little guy it was something otherwise. I've never seen one so small so of course I had to grab my camera! He's just to cute!

What are your favorite things to photograph? Leave me a comment since I'd love to hear!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a good one!

Washington Layout :: Vintage + Video!

Hey everyone! Back with another Washington layout!
This time I used a page protector with nine 4x4 pockets in it!
Once again this was the first time working with a page like this and I found it to be a lot of fun!
Here are some of the products I used

I went a little photo crazy in this antique shop and I couldn't forget about some of my favorite photos, so I decided to include them without filling up this whole page with just pictures. I fit four photos into the very last pocket and wanted to embellish the "cover" so it was obvious there was more included into the layout then what is visable.

Have a good day!

This time I used a page protector with four 6x6 slots in it.
This is my first time ever using these types of protectors and I must say they are quite fun!
If you've never tried them then it's a must! They aren't only good for project life ;)
Here are some of the products I used for this page.
